Q: Something was missing from my order. What should I do?
A: Please let us know! Fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we still have your items we'll do our best to get them to you. If not, we'll make sure you don't pay for anything you didn't receive.
Q: I have a question or request for the farmer. Can I put that in the order note?
A: Only the market staff can see the order notes. If you have a question or request for the farmer/producer, please contact them directly with the information listed on their Producer Page.
Q: I don't want/can't pick up my order. Can I cancel?
A: Orders cannot be cancelled after Sunday at noon. Please see our Terms of Service. If you cannot pick up your order we may be able to hold or deliver. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Q: Can I use my EBT/Bridge Card? How does that work?
A: Yes! When you create an account, choose EBT as your customer type. You will only be able to pick up from the Ypsilanti Farmers MarketPlace location. If you already have an account and would like to start paying with EBT, leave a note with your order.
Q: Do you need volunteers?
A: Yes, thank you! If you're interested in volunteering, please sign up through Growing Hope's volunteer platform: growinghope.galaxydigital.com
