Originally, I grew up in Lebanon before immigrating as a nurse to the United States 44 years ago, now I am retired and enjoy sharing the recipes of the region here in my new home of Michigan.

Classic recipes from all across the Mediterranean region; Greek Baklava, Turkish-style Grape Leaves, Egyptian Falafil, Italian Spinach-Cheese Pie, Moroccan Couscous and more! All items are vegetarian, some are vegan and gluten-free (marked)

Prepared in the Ypsilanti Growing Hope Incubator Kitchen, we make fresh batches 2-3x per week. You can find me every week at the Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti Farmers Markets, Argus Farm Stop, Sparrow Meat Market and Agricole Farm Stop in Chelsea.
